This command will terminate SusiQ in a proper way and return to DOS. If a run is in progress, you will be prompted to close the run before quitting SusiQ. This procedure will insure that the EOR is done properly and the requested save_Set closed. This will also guarantee that the new dotplot and zoom settings defined in this session are saved to disk for subsequent restoration. This last statement is true only if the susiq.dft setup file contains a valid DOTPLOT and ZOOM definition.
